Hello, I’m Emmy, a mom of two wonderful daughters and probably the biggest bubble tea fan in the world!
I first heard about bubble tea during my trip to Asia. To be honest, I didn’t try them back there. Sometime later, when my oldest daughter introduced a bubble tea cafe to me, I fell in love with that drink. Since then, I’ve been trying to visit as many boba cafes as possible. And that’s not a secret in my family. For example, “Try a bubble tea” is always on the top of my trip bucket list when traveling around the US.
Besides trying how others’ bubble teas taste, I’ve been making them at home for a couple of years. As a result, I have gathered much experience and knowledge about boba tea and decided to share all of that with the world.
